Kanban management is extensively used in large manufacturing plants as an efficient on-site management method. Today it is used at OKiKi Kindergarten for daily classroom management. This new system is called the ¡°myCLASS Kanban Management System¡±. It is part of the ¡°Spring Vine 06 Plan¡± for quality improvement at OKiKi Kindergarten. The implementation of the ¡°myCLASS Kanban Management System¡± will be carried out gradually, beginning with employee training and working gradually towards perfection.
¡°The implementation of the Kanban Management System in the field of pre-school education is evidence that pre-school education management systems are moving towards standardization,¡± announced John Gordon, director of OKiKi Education and manager of OKiKi International Department, as the ¡°myCLASS Kanban Management System¡± was introduced at OKiKi Kindergarten.
For the development of new concepts in quality management at OKiKi, we would like to express our appreciation to our International Department. This group consists of many nationalities, British, German, Spanish and Singaporean, to name a few, and they all bring a wealth of knowledge and ideas to the school.
